About Me

I am Registered Psychologist based in London, Ontario.

I completed my undergraduate degree in Scholar's Electives at the Western University (Brescia University College), and my Masters and PhD in School and Clinical Child Psychology at the University of Toronto (Ontario Institute for Studies in Education). I have trained and worked in a variety of settings, including the Toronto District School Board, Lumenus (formerly Adventure Place), Surrey Place Centre, Child and Parent Resource Institute, Reach Out Centre for Kids, and the Mary J. Wright Child and Youth Development Clinic. I have consulted and collaborated with many agencies and school boards across Ontario, including Vanier Children's Mental Wellness, Thames Valley Children's Center, London Health Sciences Centre, Thames Valley District School Board, London District Catholic School Board, Conseil Scolaire Viamonde, Toronto District School Board, Lambton Kent District School Board, Bluewater District School Board, Halton District School Board, and Pikangikum Education Authority.

My main clinical focus is working with "neuramazing" kids and their families. I take a strengths-focused approach to understanding kids with learning, behavioural, developmental, and emotional differences. Parents and caregivers are often looking for support because they know something is unique about their child. They want to understand how the child's brain works and how they can set up a supportive environment.

I often work with young people with diagnoses such as ADHD, anxiety (including obsessive compulsive disorder and selective mutism), learning disability (including dyslexia), intellectual disability, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Many of my clients have significant emotional and behavioural difficulties.
